Tempstar Elite Dealer Program

The Elite Dealer Program through Tempstar is designed to offer incentives, tools, and materials to help the most loyal Tempstar dealers grow their business. Only select dealers qualify, but those who do will enjoy access to exceptional advantages including extended warranties, special financing, and incremental rebates.

Benefits

Tempstar’s Elite Dealer Program offers a comprehensive suite of benefits aimed at driving the growth and success of your business. From marketing support to financial incentives, this program equips you with the tools to enhance your services and increase profitability. As a member of the Elite Dealer Program, you receive $400 in Marketing Fund credits to go toward marketing materials to expand your reach, whether through digital campaigns or traditional advertising, helping you attract more customers. Additionally, starting in Year 2 of the program, you are eligible for Incremental Volume Rebate, where you can earn up to $40,000* annually based on your sales growth, providing a significant incentive to boost revenue.

The program also offers Discounted Labor Warranty Rates through AIG’s Comfort Promise platform, giving homeowners added peace of mind while helping you close more sales. You can further increase customer satisfaction by offering two extra years of No Hassle Replacement™ Limited Warranty coverage on qualifying products. To boost your close rate, Preferred Financing Rates from Wells Fargo make HVAC system investments more accessible for your customers. Finally, online training credits through My Learning Center allow you to sharpen your team’s HVAC expertise, ensuring you stay competitive in the industry. These benefits, and the many others this program provides, are designed to support both your immediate business needs and long-term growth.

Incremental Rebate Program

The Elite Dealer Incremental Rebate provides you with the opportunity to earn up to $40,000 for your incremental growth with Tempstar while in the Elite Dealer program.

2024 DEALER ELIGIBILITY

  • Must have been in the Elite Dealer program in 2023
  • Must be compliant with all program requirements outlined on page 6 by the end of 2024
  • Must complete 16 hours of factory training on My Learning Center or at the Elite Dealer meeting
  • Must have purchased a minimum of 85 motorbearing residential units OR 15 commercial units OR 20 ductless outdoor units in both 2023 and 2024

CLAIMING/ PAYOUTS

  • Payouts will happen after final sales have been collected in Q1 2025
  • Distributors will be required to submit a claim form and proof of purchased incremental units
  • Payout will be in the form of a credit memo to distribution. Distribution will pay out to the dealer
  • Dealers can earn up to $10,000 in Residential growth, $10,000 in Commercial growth, $10,000 in Ductless growth and $10,000 for Replacement Components purchases

Wells Fargo® Financing Incentives

PROGRAM OVERVIEW
With today’s product offerings, homeowners are looking for payment options when making a purchase. You need to be prepared to offer financing with every sales call. Tempstar partners with Wells Fargo® to provide special financing offers for Elite Dealers.

YEAR-ROUND RATES
Elite Dealers receive lower rates than standard dealers on more than 15 of Wells Fargo’s financing plans, ranging from 6 months to 120 months. No interest if paid in full and 0% APR plans are available.

GO GREEN FINANCING PROMOTIONS
Tempstar is offering a year-round financing promotion for Elite Dealers with buy-downs on three popular programs! The Go Green! financing program is intended to assist dealers as they encourage homeowners to purchase our most energy-efficient equipment with lower monthly payments.

Annual Program Requirements

  • Liability insurance and Workers’ Compensation insurance (where applicable)
  • Minimum Tempstar sales volume of $100,000
  • Tempstar represents at least 70% of branded HVAC sales
  • An active website that advertises Tempstar
  • Offer financing to customers through an accredited financial institution
  • Promote the Tempstar brand equal to other brands represented in advertising
  • 12 hours of distributor training or 50% of technicians NATE certified
